The good (even great) news for anyone who wants to become an affiliate marketer and get into the high-paying world of successful affiliate marketing is that there's never been a better time.
There are two major reasons.
The first is that absolutely everyone has become more comfortable with buying stuff online. So if you can get a good offer that they are likely to be interested in front of your visitors, the chances that they'll pull out their credit card and buy is higher than it ever was. The key words here are "a good offer that they are likely to be interested in". And if they're on your mailing list because they've bought from you before and had a good experience, the sale is almost guaranteed.
And the second reason is the huge number of quality products that you now have access to as an affiliate marketer. From a handful of (sometimes dubious) products available from portals like ClickBank, there are now hundreds of high-quality products in every niche and many thousands overall.
This is because many vendors now include marketing through an army of affiliates as giving the best return on their promotional budget.
