Affiliate Marketing Websites
Do I Need a Website?
So you want to be an affiliate marketer?
It's a great decision. You are getting into the fastest-growing and most lucrative online business readily available to everyone.
One of the first questions you must ask yourself is "Do I need an affiliate marketing website?"
Let's not pussyfoot around.
YES, you absolutely DO.
How Affiliate Marketing Works
As an affiliate marketer, you need to choose a niche that indicates what your business is all about, register a relevant domain name and then build a website on that domain name. You will attract visitors to your website and promote other vendor's niche products to them. When a visitor purchases a product through your affiliate link, you get paid a commission.
There's a lot more to it, of course and, as usual, the devil is in the detail. For a heap of articles covering affiliate marketing for beginners and seniors (but really applicable to everyone) have a read of Affiliate Marketing Articles.
Affiliate Marketing Website Examples
Here are some examples of affiliate marketing websites that I have built personally. Hopefully, they will provide you with some ideas of your own:
The first site is (naturally) this one, Super Affiliate Challenge.
The Home page contains a video in the main section, which you can play to hear a young lady tell you that the best way of making money right now is to create one or more online businesses. They can make a start by downloading my book The 4 Things You Must Know.
There is another free book in the right-hand sidebar, all about ChatGPT.
Getting either of these books will add the visitor to my email list and start them receiving a series of emails sent out by my autoresponder.
The affiliate programs promoted by this website include Wealthy Affiliate and The Thrive Suite. Note that these links are to landing pages on the site, not directly to the vendor.
If you have any questions or comments about how I did anything on the Super Affiliate Challenge site, you are welcome to post them in the comments section below. I will be pleased to answer them.

As the name implies, Aging Slowdown is aimed at seniors wanting to slow down the aging process.
It's affiliate products include
- Skin Care
- Diet and Weight Loss
- Supplements
- Fitness
- Sexual Health
- Stress Relief
- Better Sleep
And, more recently, online business as more and more seniors approach or reach retirement without financial security.
There is an overlap here with the Super Affiliate Challenge website and you will see this if you work through both sites' blog posts.
The site has a pop-up lead magnet for a free skin care report that adds the visitor to the email list.

Best in Cameras and Accessories
I created this site to showcase a full width, auto scrolling slide deck of high-quality photographs, created a couple of blog posts and then promptly abandoned it.
But it's an ideal platform for Amazon high-end cameras, lenses and so on.
I'll resurrect the site in time for Christmas
If you have any questions or comments about how I did anything on the Best in Cameras site (such as the scrolling slide deck), you are welcome to post them in the comments section below. I will be pleased to answer them. And, of course, come back in a month or so, and it should be all decked out with Amazon products.

This website is different as it's not promoting a third party vendor's product as an affiliate, but my own upcoming internet and affiliate marketing training courses.
The family of courses are called Internet Marketing FAST and the first one is Affiliate Marketing FAST.
Clearly, it covers how to build an online affiliate marketing business.
Other business models, such as e-commerce will be covered in separate training courses.
Visitors are encouraged to register their interest at no cost or obligation. This adds them to an email list for subsequent follow-up.

This site started as a dog training site and then expanded into the highly lucrative pet niche generally.
The banner image is one that puts a smile on everyone's face and also appeals to anyone who has seen (or experienced) something similar while walking a dog.
The banner is followed by two giveaway books, one for dog owners and one for cat owners. You get them by completing your details, which add you to my email list with the appropriate tag.
These are followed by a featured (affiliate) product. The menu item Products lists the full range of products promoted by the website.

More Affiliate Marketing Websites
I'm going to leave it at these five just now, but I have lots more and will add them to this article later.
